What is the best dog urine stain and odor remover?

I've tried nature's miracle and petzyme. When my place gets hot or closed up, it still smells like urine. Any suggestions?
This is for carpet. I live in a rented condo, so it is very important that I get it all out. Should I use a carpet cleaner to suck it all up first? I keep on seeing put water on it, then suck it up until the water is clean before using the enzyme cleaner?

    Try D-Molish.
    I work at a dog daycare and we use it for everything and anything that starts to stink. It really does a great job. It is an enzyme digester (real deodorizer), and even comes in a nice apple scent =]
    You can dilute it to different consistencies depending on what you are using it on-we use it as a spray, put it in our mop water, and also use it in a bucket to scrub the walls.
