I use OxyClean Laundry Stain Remover to get out blood stains. I’ve had to use it a few times to do that. It’s fairly cheap at the market and it comes in huge tubs that last a while. If you’ve never used it before, here’s some info on it.

just get a bottle of ‘ hydrogen peroxide" they sell it everywhere.you might even have some in your home now.
if you put it on the blodd it just eats it and its gone.
i know it works on fresh blood stains but if your talking about old stains ,, dont know.

google " hydrogen peroxide blood stains " to learn more

shout, or good old peroxide with cold water ALWAYS COLD WATER… AND SOAKING AND SCRUBBING AND RINSING before you wash and dry in a machine. Once you have done that it will set the stain in permanently.

use cool water and rub the spot under running water until the water starts running clear, then the rest should come out in the wash.

blood is a protein so the best spot cleaner would be Era Plus. If it doesn’t take it out, it is a permanent stain, though.

with blood, the hand rinsing and rubbing is your best defense.
