DON'T USE PEROXIDE. it's great for some stains, but mustard isn't one of them. more importantly, hydrogen peroxide removes blue pigments from clothing, so you're likely to ruin your shirt.

just use a prewash or soap bar on it. launder with color-safe bleach. it should come out fine. but don't dry the shirt unless the stain is gone. just try another prewash treatment.

buy a bar of soap –usually in the laundry soap isle called fells napa- it is great and removes lots of stains– tried and true has saved lots of clothes for me

20 minutes before you wash it, pour straight liquid laundry detergent on the stain and let it sit. Then you can launder it normally and you'll be fine.
