To get those stain outs, you need Joe Campanelli’s Professional Stain Remover. It is the best.

I got some from QVC and it took out a stain that was 2 years old on my tan carpet. It even removes permanent marker!

Soak the spots in rubbing alcohol for 2 hours. Let it dry. Then use a strong solution of Oxy-clean and a bristle brush to scrub out the stain.

The best product I have ever used is OUT. I got it at Menards (like Home Depot). You mix it with warm water to get the urine-eating bacteria active. Then pour it on the stain. I always have a portable carpet cleaner on hand since I have pets. Finally just use the carpet cleaner after the OUT has eaten up all the urine

Well if the urine has soaked down through the carpet and pad you have a problem.I would suggest professional cleaners.

A great way to make sure you find all of the urine stains (sometimes there are little spots you may not realize are there) is to use a black light. The light will reveal all of the nasty spots so you can then clean them.
