    I’ve had the same problem before. If you have colored sheets and dont want to ruin them, I would go with Spray & Wash, Shout or any other kind of readily available stain treatment. Let it soak, then wash it, be sure you use clorox color safe bleach. If the sheets are white, do the same as above, only use regular chlorine bleach…

    By changing your sheets or before you have sex put a towel underneath you so the stain will go on it not the sheet.
