Don’t use peroxide..it can yellow the fabric. Ammonia and cold water. Dab it first with ammonia on a clean white cloth, let it sit for a minute, then dab the ammonia off using a clean white cloth dampened with cold water…You’ll have to repeat this several times and it will depend on how old the stain is…fresh is easier to remove.
Carbona also makes specialty stain removers; one handles blood. It’s often sold in larger grocery stores, department stores and fabric stores.

blood is considered a natural element,
try baking soda and water paste.

You may want to try soaking a cotton ball with 3% Hydrogen Peroxide and gently dabbing the blood stain. The peroxide will covert the stain to hydrogen and oxygem with a bubbling action. Most, if not all of the stain should disappear.

Try the woolite oxy deep carpet cleaner. Should work. Good luck.

SIMPLE GREEN….WET THE SPOT WITH WATER FIRST, THEN SPRAY SIMPLE GREEN, RUB WITH A WET RAG…YOU MAY HAVE TO PREPEAT THIS.

I used oxyclean to get blood out of a very light grey carpet, it worked well. I’ve used it on my microfiber sofa and it did not do any damage to the material, it may work for you
