I have carpet that is deeply stained with dog urine. Underneath, I assume there is hard wood. What type of expert locally do I turn to for help with removing the carpet, cleaning off the hard wood and sealing the hard wood so urine won’t get in it? I need to have it done inexpensively but professionally. Thank you

    Locally? I am in Philadelphia, PA. Where are you?

    All you need to do is have someone (wearing masks) rip up the carpet and the nails, treat the floor because I am sure it was also urine soaked and then seal it.

    Any professional can do this.
