There are several things that you can try. Pre treat with liquid oxy clean, if it has not come out after washing, DO NOT PUT BACK INTO DRYER. Wash again and use put dawn dishwashing detergent in with your regular laundry detergent. Also try using tide laundry detergent on a regular basis, that makes a huge difference and I have tried many especially when I was broke. Tide has never let me down, and my mom swears by it. My kids work in fast food so they do get a lot of grease stains on there uniform and these two solutions have worked very well.

In addition to the excellant answers above, try pretreating with WD40 to loosen the stain up.

Just rub in some de-greasing dish washing liquid to pre-treat. Let it set for a little while before washing.
