What’s the best stain cleaner to use to remove blood stains on clothing?

For a long time I had a kit by Electrolux which contained several bottles of various stain cleaners each designed for a specific type stain. One of the bottles was a "protein spotter" which I found very effective in removing dried blood however I ran out of it and Electrolux no longer manufacture the kit. It’s a very handy thing to have around. Does anyone know of an equally good "blood stain remover"?
Missy: I killed a whole bunch. It was a mess cleaning up the blood.

Lay the spot over 2 paper towels, Saturate the spot with hydrogen peroxide and then blot on top with more paper towels. Wash in an enzyme based laundry detergent such as Era.

The best thing to use to get blood stains out of clothing is to use hydrogen peroxide. Pour the peroxide on a towel and then rub it on the clothing or you could pour it right on the clothing and then rub with a towel. All of the blood should come out before you do anything else to it. You will want to put the peroxide on the clothing right away while the blood is still fresh.
