    put peroxide directly on the blood stain and let it soak a minute and then wash as normally you would.

    For blood stains – use salt. Wet the stain and put lot of salt on that. Leave for sometime and then rub it and then wash with usual washing soap or powder.

    Use cold water let it soak – rinse it out with water then wash in soap. Do not use hot water it will set the blood stain.
