What’s the best way to get a blood stain out of cotton?

I cut my leg while shaving last night and the cut was (apparently) still bleeding when I put my pajamas, the stain didn’t come out in the wash, and it’s a blue fabric so I can’t bleach it. The material is 100% cotton. What’s the best way to get this out?

use colour bleach like clorox, rub it pure onto the stain. or use vanish, an enzyme wash detergent, same method apply pure. a white thisck froth will emerge once the detergent (clorox or vanish) comes in contact with the blood. wash as usual. repeat if nescessary.

ice and cold water. do it soon b4 it settles. and there are some agents that will help. oxy-clean i think it is.

i don’t think blood gets out. you can try SHOUT. that has worked for a lot of stains Ihave tried getting out.

If you haven’t put it into the dryer yet, try Peroxide. If you have tried it it might be set in and not come out.

    Try Ivory bar soap.

hopefully you didn’t put it in the dryer yet b/c stains are tougher to get out when you dry something. Soak it in cold water and spray some era or shout or your detergent directly on it, rub it together and let it run under water too. it shouldn’t be that hard to get out, i can usually soak the clothes overnight, put era on it and throw it in the laundry and it’s clean

use a biological washing powder it has enzymes such as protease which digest protein blood is also kind of protien

You can try using either lemon juice, straight from a lemon. Cut a lemon in half and rub it into the material, or you can try making a paste out of lemon and your detergent soap (it has to be a powdered soap). Either way it should take it out.
