My mamaw bought me a bed last year. It's a very dark wood. I'm not good with wood colors, so…I wouldn't know what it is. It's not cherry:) However, it clashes with the wooden doors on my closet. They're a lighter, brighter, more golden color. I have to keep the bed…she was so happy to buy it for me, but I'm thinking about painting or staining it. Is there an easy way to do this? Should I just paint it white so it matches everything and when I move I won't have to worry about it? Also, I recently left my high paying job to …not work …and go to school…so money is definitely an issue.
