    Salt is water soluble, cant imagine why you would need paint thinner.

    Vinegar will neutralize the salt and then wash the jeans like you normally would…

    water… CaCl is the typical composition of road salt, both of which are water soluble. Just wash the clothes 10-15 times alternating between cold and hot water, and the color should come out.
