    Do this experiment:

    1. Open bottle of red wine.
    2. Pour a glass.
    3. Take two sips and hold it in your mouth for 10 minutes.
    4. Swallow wine, look at braces.
    5. Record findings.
    6. Repeat steps 2-5 until glass is empty. Then refill glass and start again.

    Obviously you will be able to see any change. Or just get drunk. Either way you win.

    I would ask your dentist to be sure but I would think so.

    According to info you can eat and drink whatever you like with them it is one of the reasons they are so much better than traditional braces. The other, of course, is their ability to be hardly detected.
