Will bleach stain clothes after it is dry?

I just cleaned my closet with bleach. After the bleach is dry and I put my clothes back in, will it still be able to stain my clothes?
I did not wipe it down with water. It has dried for about 7 hours however. I had the fan on to help it dry too. Should it be safe now?

If the clset is still a bit damp it can stain your clothes or if you hang up damp clothes in the closet . You may want to wipe down the closet before you hang upyour clothes. Just to make sure you have no bleacj left on the walls of the closet.

I agree with John. Make sure the closet has sufficient time to dry and, of course, do not put wet clothes in.

After it has dried thoroughly I wouldn’t worry.

It may if the clothes are damp or its humid. I would suggest that you wipe the walls down with clear water to get any bleach residue to prevent that from happening. You don’t have to scrub, just wipe with clear water.
