Will purple nail polish damage my nails over time?

I love the color purple, so my nails are almost always a deep shade of it. Will the nail polish stain my nails?

    Use a base coat before you apply your nail polish. :)

    wear a clear coat underneath this should help! This way the actually colour won`t absorb into your nail

    i don’t think any nail polish can do that depending on what brand you use
