My dog left a huge stain on my carpet from peeing and pooping on the carpet. I have tried every way to get the stains out: Resolve, vinegar and water, detergent, mr. clean. The smell is mostly gone, except for the vinegary smell in the carpet, but the stains are still there! They are this dark yellow and my carpet is a light beige and slightly shaggy. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do to get rid of the stains? As of now they are over a day old.
I cannot afford to hire a professional cleaner.
